Building Use Calendar and Request Form

Mount Comfort church of Christ is happy to share our building and/or pavilion for many types of events. We do require that the form below be completed and approved no later than 10 days prior to event date.

Please note, the times indicated below are for building scheduling purposes only.

Instructions: To request a single-day event, please click twice on your desired date (the box will turn a darker shade of blue). To request a multiple-day event, please click once on the first desired date and once on the ending desired date (the boxes will be shaded a darker shade of blue in a diagonal shape).

By submitting the form above, you also agree to the guidelines below:

  • This form is subject to approval. Not all event types will be permitted.
  • Please keep all unused interior doors locked during your event and relock any doors used before leaving.
  • Please do not prop open front doors as this causes problems with the heat/air return flow and our electronic locking system. If doors need to be held open for a short period of time, please use the handicap doors closest to the office. There is a switch located on the handicap power box at the top of the door that can be used to hold doors open. This switch keeps the electronic doors from being damaged.
  • Once form is approved, you will receive an email from our administration team. Please review the details and let us know if something is not correct. You will have 24 hours from the planned start of the event to make any necessary changes.
